Thank you for ordering a Galaxo Infochannel trial. We hope you get the full benefit from it.
Galaxo Infochannel software is designed to work on all displays and to be as easy to use as possible.
Trial duration
The trial period lasts one (1) month. The trial starts when you have received the media player and credentials for the Galaxo Infochannel system. Trial credentials are personal to the trial user and must not be given to a third party. If the trial user wants to end the trial early, Galaxo must be notified without delay.
Media player
The trial requires installing a Galaxo media player on your display. Galaxo (Fisplay Oy) ships the media player to the trial user, who is responsible for its condition and correct use. The media player is intended for indoor use and will not tolerate dusty spaces unless protected. The media player is connected to the internet, and Galaxo is responsible for its information security.
If the media player breaks for reasons caused by the trial user or by external factors, the trial user must pay the media player price according to the then-current price list.
If after the trial the trial user does not want to continue using the software, the media player must be returned to Galaxo by post within seven days of the trial ending. If the media player is not returned in time, Galaxo (Fisplay Oy) may invoice the trial user for the media player at the then-current list price.
Galaxo ships the media player by post at its own cost. The trial user returns the media player by post at their own cost, or delivers it to: Mestarintie 11, 01730 Vantaa, Finland.
Using the service after the trial
If the trial met your expectations, contact Galaxo sales to make a Galaxo Infochannel delivery agreement.
Galaxo specialists can help you find the right service content. The delivery agreement sets the service content and terms. If the trial user does not sign a delivery agreement after the trial, the right to use Galaxo Infochannel software ends.
Right of use
The trial user receives Galaxo Infochannel software for personal use. The software may be used only for lawful purposes. Usage rights must not be transferred to a third party. Galaxo is not liable for any direct or indirect costs that the trial may cause.
